COMMITMENT.

GOOD MORNIGHT!:D

And because I couldn't sleep, I'll just blog this out:) So, this week, it's kinda just ok for me, I mean, I know great things are happening, but I know there's something MORE.. It's like I'm not contented, but I'm satisfied, like rating it just a satisfactory, but not as excellent as i wanted it to be. So many projects to pass, reporting to do, quizzes and stuffs... in short, a lot of things are playing in my head or brain, or wherever.. hahaha:)))) Still, right now, I'm thinking of so many things like our Church Anniversary (what to do, and the things to prepare), then school (Examinations are fast approaching), my 12 (their goals for the upcoming Anniversary and Encounter Week end), my 144 (how to help them to go to the next level) and lastly, I've been thinking about lovelife.. hahah! just kiddin':)))) NO!!!! hahahah:)))) Seriously, I've been thinking about my commitment. My commitment in the Ministry, The Worship Team, my Network, my commitment to my leaders and Most of all, my commitment to God.

When we say Commitment, what are the things we have in mind? For me, when I say I am committed, it means, I have a pledge. Meaning, it cannot be broken, it must not be broken. Or if I am committed it means that I have this obligation, and no compromise must be made.

I think (just an opinion), for us to be committed, we have to define what commitment is, because we might give no importance in committing anymore.

Just an example.. Marriage. Though I don't have any experience in marriage, I see marriage as an undying commitment, or stronger than commitment which is a covenant. But as we look at the society right now, there are so many broken families. Take note that covenant was made at the altar with all those guests... and yet, some tend to have legal separation, annulment, divorce, etc... after a short/ long period of time living together.

So, if covenant was broken, then what about commitment? It's so true that in little things that God has entrusted to us, we must do our best, so that He could also entrust to us greater things. A Covenant is greater than commitment, but can we just look at commitment the way we look at the covenant?

So... I've been thinking of these things lately:

1. Commitment in the Ministry
(Worship Team)
--- it's just that I don't want to stop if I'm tired. Well, we are all human beings, and human beings get tired too... Is being tired my limit? If I'm tired, good bye ministry? As what I said to the worship team, I'm gonna step out of the team if and only if the leaders said so, and when God told me so.

2. Commitment in People Ministry
--- I really pray to God and I made up my mind and my heart that I will be faithful in serving Him through winning souls and making disciples. Why? because, that's who I am! That is my PURPOSE!!!!!
--- though some are makulit, still, I'll faithfully love them. Si Lord nga namatay pa para sakanila eh, konting pasaway lang, give up kaagad?

3. Commitment to my Leaders
--- i really thank God for the life of my leaders.. My Biological and Spiritual Parents, my Cell Leader Ate Pepz... they really helped me a lot not just in my spiritual aspect of life, but so as my Physical aspect, hahaha:)))) my Emotional Aspect, and my Intellectual aspect in life. They helped me to be mature enough to handle big things... MASARAP TALAGA PAGKATIWALAAN
--- I still want to develop my submission and obedience to them. Feeling ko, kulang pa!!

and lastly,
4. Commitment to God
--- NEXT LEVEL naman! Deeper commitment in my devotion, my time with Him, my prayer life, and deeper commitment in my relationship with Him...And I know, As i go to the higher level of my relationship with God, my life will really go to the higher level as well:D

How about you?
What's your next level?:)

Advance Merry Chrsitmas:D

Sooo sorry not in HD.. haha!

Angels We Have Heard on High

Angels we have heard on high
Sweetly singing o'er the plains,
And the mountains in reply
Echoing their joyous strains.

(Chorus)
Gloria, in excelsis Deo!

Gloria, in excelsis Deo!

Shepherds, why this jubilee

Why your joyous strains prolong
What the gladsome tidings be
Which inspire your heavenly song

 HAPPY HAPPY:D

Featured Song of the Day: Waiting Here for You by Christy Nockels

 Lyrics:

If faith can move the mountains
Let the mountains move
We come with expectation
Waiting here for you, I’m waiting here for you

You’re the Lord of all creation

And still you know my heart
The Author of Salvation
You’ve loved us from the start

CHORUS

Waiting here for You
With our hands lifted high in praise
And it's You we adore
Singing Alleluia

You are everything You’ve promised

Your faithfulness is true
And we're desperate for Your presence
All we need is You

Singing Alleluia

Alleluia, singing alleluia, alleluia

I'm singing Alleluia

Waiting here for you
With our hands lifted high in praise
And it's You we adore
Singing Alleluia
Singing Alleluia

Thanks to Mr. Favored Guy Tim Biangco for suggesting this song!:) REALLY COOL!:)

I really admire composers. They could really express their hearts out. I just pray that someday, at the right time, with the right words, and right melody I could also express my heart like this!! Though I wrote dozens of songs, but I still didn't find it worthy. It seems that my melody is not fit for my lyrics, or the other way around. hahahahaha:)))))) I'm not frustrated, but it's kinda frustrating though:)))) hahahah!

I've been singing so many songs from Hillsong, Planetshakers, Jesus Culture, and more. Those songs are super great! Their songs somehow molded me as a worship leader and as a singer. I'm really thankful for their lives and somehow, I was dreaming being like them. Dreaming of writing songs that comes from my heart. Yeah! I never dreamed of singing in a large crowd (may be because my parents keep on telling me that we only serve God and His people, no strings attached). They keep on telling me that my heart must be pure serving Him on the stage or not. Serving Him in little ways, and there will be a point in my life that He's going to trust me to serve Him Big Time:) And I'll wait for that GREAT moment!

GOD BLESS:)

Wrong Worship. I take it very seriously...

haha! It's a funny video, but it is very alarming! Very Very alarming! It's so TRUE!!! SOME, I said SOME, some of the Worship leaders or worship teams are not really living their lives like the songs they are singing. They are so- called: "The Hypocrites".. hehehe:) LOLs!!!!

Based on my experience, being part of the worship team (Doulos Worship Team) since i was younger:) hehehe! approximately since I was born:))))), there were so many things to be fixed; like planning about the Line-ups, the devotion every practice, the incubation, the exhortations, how you dress up, and many more. Honestly, I inspect their devotions, and Bishop Oriel (Our dear Pastor) even set standards on so many things like on how they dress, who will minister up in the stage, and more.

Going back to the video, GRABE! It is the reality, :( a harsh reality. For me, it is a wake up call! It's time to:

BE REAL
Let's be real in our actions, our thoughts...

I believe it's not just about the Worship Team, it's also connected in leading a cell.

DO WHAT YOU PREACH!

Don't be like the Pharisees and the Sadducees.
A Warning Against Hypocrisy
(Matthew 23: 1-6)
1 Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 2 “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3 So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. 4 They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.
   5 “Everything they do is done for people to see: They make their phylacteries wide and the tassels on their garments long; 6 they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues;

SHOCKS! nakaka-kilabot...

So, the practice a while ago for WildSONs, I discussed and showed them this video. And we really prayed for our team! We prayed and asked for forgiveness. And we also had this covenant with God and with each other that we will correct each other, not just because we are part of the worship team, but because Love and Compassion for each other is developed within the team.

And with that! I know EXTRAORDINARY WORSHIP will over flow!:)

I'm really excited for tomorrow's WildSONs:)

Team B will play:)

New Generation, New breed, the
same heart! :)

God bless the Works of your Hands

Tuesday na!:) Bukas, Wednesday:) Tapos Thursday:) AT FRIDAY!!!

Yup! It's Tuesday already! 3 more days and it's time for the much awaited REGIONAL CONFERENCE:) Well.. I'm not excited just because I am part of the Worship Team, but more on because I expect something from God! Something that will really change myself specifically my heart and mind. And also, I expect that my disciples will also change:) heheheh!! Dahil andun sila, of course I pray for more POWER and FIRE that would make us ready for the battles everyday.

Anyways, I'm really sorry if I don't post much.. it's because of the schedules I have:) Though I'm not that busy like my dad... heheheheh! It's just that, there are far more important things to do like preparing for the Regional Conference, school, the ministry, preaching engagements, and so much more. And the truth is, kulang pa ang pitong araw sa isang linggo:D but I thank God one week is just 7 days... wait... what if one week is equivalent to 30 days? hahahahaha! LOLs, Lord, ok na sakin ung 7 days:)))))) hahahahahahaha!!

Shocks:) I'm sleepy na:))))))) But i have something to do with something:)))) hahahaha!

See you @ Cuneta Astrodome:D

Featured Song of the Day: Show me Your Glory by Jesus Culture

Lyrics:

I see the cloud, I step in
I want to see Your glory as Moses did
Flashes of light and rolls of thunder,

I'm not afraid
I'm not afraid

Show me Your glory, show me your glory, my God
Show me Your glory, show me Your glory

I'm marked by Your beauty, lost in Your eyes
I want to walk in Your presence like Jesus did
Your glory surrounds and I am overwhelmed

I'm not afraid
I'm not afraid

Show me Your glory, show me your glory, my God
Show me Your glory, show me Your glory

I long to look on the face of the One that I love
Long to stay in your presence, it's where I belong

Oh how we love you, Oh how we love you
Oh how we love you Jesus

Featured Song of the Day: Rooftops by Jesus Culture

Lyrics:

Here I am before you
Falling in love and seeking your truth
Knowing that your perfect grace
Has brought me to this place
Because of you I freely live
My life to you, oh God, I give

So I stand before You God
I lift my voice because you set me free

Chorus:
So I shout out your name from the rooftops I proclaim
That I am Yours, I am yours

All the good You've done for me
I lift up my hand up hand for all to see
You're the only one
Who brings me to my knees
To share this love across the earth
The beauty of Your Holy Word

So I stand before You God
I lift my voice because you set me free

Here I am, I stand with arms wide open
To the one, the Son, the everlasting God (2x)
